Craig M. Kuhary graduated from UW-Madison with honors in 1982. He attended law school at Marquette University receiving his law degree in 1986. Craig has been in practice since 1986 and concentrates his practice in the area of criminal defense. During that time, Craig has handled thousands of criminal and traffic cases, from serious felony charges to misdemeanor and ordinance violations. Craig also has extensive appellate court experience and has been involved in several significant criminal decisions such as State v. Crowell and State v. Pulizzano.

Craig M. Kuhary has over 20 years of experience in criminal and appellate litigation in Waukesha County as well as most of Southeastern Wisconsin. Craig has learned that not only are results important to clients, but also communication. A simple return phone call to a client can be worth its weight in gold. Craig prides himself in being able to analyze his client's needs and present them with a clearly focused game plan for achieving positive results. Craig has experience with almost every type of criminal and civil ordinance violation--everything from traffic tickets and drunk driving  to felony crimes and first degree intentional homicide. Craig has also been fortunate to have been involved in several significant appellate decisions in both the Supreme Court of Wisconsin as well as the Wisconsin Court of Appeals.

Craig was born in Detroit, Michigan and was raised in Wausau, Wisconsin. He has been married to his wife, Sheryl, who is also an attorney, for twenty years. They have two children who attend school in the Kettle Moraine School District. They have lived in Delafield for the past eleven years and belong to Christ Lutheran Church in Delafield. Craig's interests outside of the law include golf, biking, music and boating.
